The Wädenswil Clone came from Switzerland and has been present in Oregon since 1965. This wine is spicy and floral with bright fruit.

2018 Cabernet Sauvignon

Blackberries and dark cherries on the nose lead to baker’s chocolate and dark fruit on the pallet with a very smooth mouthfeel. This vintage was aged in French oak for twenty-two months and finishes dry with well structured tannins.

This inky wine has intense dark fruit aroma and flavors with balanced tannins. Primitivo is a grape varietal related to Zinfandel, that tends to ripen earlier. We sourced our grapes from the Coyote Canyon Vineyard in the Horse Heaven Hills AVA.
